The Lotus Brew Coffee Story

Lotus Brew was created from a dream to build something meaningful while creating more time for the moments that matter most. After discovering a passion for coffee while working at a local coffee shop, I fell in love not only with the craft itself but with the way coffee naturally brings people together. Named after the resilient lotus flower, Lotus Brew represents growth, perseverance, and the belief that where you begin doesn't determine where you'll bloom.

What started as a coffee trailer has grown into a mobile coffee cart designed to bring a personalized specialty coffee experience to weddings, celebrations, and events. My hope is that Lotus Brew becomes more than just great coffee—it becomes a place where people gather, connect, and create lasting memories together.

FAQs

  • We primarily serve customers throughout North Georgia, with regular service in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. We're happy to travel within approximately 2–3 hours of Blairsville, GA. If your event or business is located outside of this area, we'd still love to hear from you— reach out, and we'll see what we can arrange!

  • We offer tiered packages designed to accommodate a variety of event sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale events. We also regularly serve festivals and pop-up events, allowing us to efficiently serve a high volume of guests continuously throughout the day. If you're unsure which package is the best fit, we'd be happy to help you choose the right option for your event.

  • Yes! While coffee is our specialty, we also offer a variety of non-coffee beverages, so there's something for everyone to enjoy.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Our calendar fills quickly—especially during peak wedding and event seasons—so reserving in advance gives you the best availability. If your event is coming up soon, don't hesitate to reach out; if we have an opening, we'll do our best to accommodate you!

  • Additional service hours are $125 per hour. Additional drinks are $6 each. Custom cups are available starting at $1.50 each, and pastry pairings can be added and are priced per guest. A travel fee may apply to events located more than 20 miles from our home base.

    A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event.
